DuneRig is an independent online marketplace that allows users in the UAE to buy, sell, and trade off-road and overlanding gear. DuneRig is not a registered business entity and operates as an informal community platform.

DuneRig acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not own, inspect, or guarantee any items listed on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and residing in the UAE to use DuneRig. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering and when creating listings.

DuneRig reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By posting a listing, you confirm that:

• You are the lawful owner of the item or are authorised to sell it
• The item description, photos, and price are accurate and not misleading
• The item is legal to sell in the UAE
• The item is relevant to off-road, overlanding, or adventure gear

DuneRig does not verify listings but reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, is fraudulent, illegal, or irrelevant to the platform's purpose.

Listings automatically expire after 60 days and must be renewed by the seller.

DuneRig does not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate financial transactions. All payments are arranged directly between buyers and sellers.

DuneRig is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users. Users transact entirely at their own risk.

We strongly recommend meeting in a safe public location and verifying items in person before completing any transaction.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• List stolen goods or items illegal under UAE law
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid agreed terms with other users
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data or content

DuneRig is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

DuneRig makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truthfulness of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuneRig and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.

This includes but is not limited to loss of money, loss of data, fraud by other users, or damage to property arising from items purchased through the platform.
